Hope Milthaler

Vocal Director

Hope is currently the Director of Choral Activities, AP Music Theory instructor, and 7-12 Music Department Chair for the Kings Local School District. She holds a double Masters Degree in Music Education and Choral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, as well as a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Wright State University. Under her direction since 2004, Kings Choirs have received Superior Ratings at OMEA adjudicated contests, have performed in Chicago, Gatlinburg, Nashville, St. Louis, and Orlando and have been invited to perform in many prestigious events to include Walt Disney World’s Candlelight Processional, WCET’s Cincinnati High Notes, Handel’s Messiah with Sinclair Community College (Dayton, OH), PLAY! A Video Game Symphony with the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, and the 2012 World Choir Games in Cincinnati, USA.  In the past, at Kings, Hope has vocal directed productions of The Drowsy Chaperone, Crazy for You, Into the Woods, Wizard of Oz, Children of Eden, Anything Goes, Working, Aida, Damn Yankees, and Godspell
