KINGS HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE

Katie is a Cincinnati native. An alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music, she received her bachelor's and master's degree in Music Education. Katie is the High School Choir Director at Dixie Heights High School in Crestview Hills, KY.  She is thrilled to be a part of the Kings community, coaching voice for the junior high and high school theatre productions. Past works include: Annie Jr., You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Seussical Jr., Schoolhouse Rock Live, Jr!, GTK Cinderella, Once on this Island, Jr.  (Kings Junior High); All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten, Wizard of Oz, Children of Eden, Into the Woods, Crazy for You, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Drowsy Chaperone (Kings High School); Once on This Island Jr. (Wyoming Middle School); Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Once Upon a Mattress (Wyoming H.S.); War of the Worlds, West Side Story (Turpin H.S.), Willy Wonka, Jr. (Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy); Bye Bye Birdie, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Jr., Shrek (Children's Theatre of Mason), Little Mermaid, Little Shop of Horrors (Dixie Heights)  Katie is also the founding director of Kings High School's Pop A Cappella program.
