SCOTT HAYWARD
Director of Musicals
Scott serves as the Director of Musical Theatre for the Kings School District. His directing experiences included Snow White and The Prince, Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr., Once on This Island Jr., Lockers, Annie Jr., A Knight of Comedy, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, How to Eat Like a Child, Seussical Jr, Schoolhouse Rock Live, Jr!, Music Man Jr, Aladdin jr, and GTK Cinderella (Kings Junior High) Singin' In The Rain, The Addams Family, Guys and Dolls, Pippin, The Drowsy Chaperone, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Crazy for You, Into the Woods, Wizard of Oz, and Children of Eden (Kings High School) He has also served as the Technical Director for the plays The Curious Savage, Fahrenheit 451, She Kills Monsters, Much Ado About Nothing, Selfie, Almost, Maine, Christmas Carol, Macbeth, Plaza Suite, Dracula, Working, Twelfth Night, Anything Goes, The Crucible, and Into the Woods. Scott currently teaches Junior High Choir and assists with the High School choirs at Kings. Outside of Kings, Scott also works with the Kings Island Live Entertainment Department and is the resident lighting director for Rivers Crossing Community Church. Scott was last seen as a performer onstage in Eastside Player’s production of Seussical where he performed the role of Horton, the elephant.
