KINGS STAGELIGHTERS

WHAT IS STAGELIGHTERS?

Stagelighters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit booster organization supporting the KJH and KHS theatre programs.

Stagelighters organizes all Front of House activities (everything from the stage back), such as ticketing, concessions, and Playbills.  This allows the Directors to focus on the creative process for each show.

Proceeds raised by Stagelighters are used to directly support Kings Theatre through the purchase of equipment, providing scholarships and other theatre-focused endeavors.

CURRENT SEASON MEETINGS

February  7 | March 21 | May 16

VOLUNTEER

Stagelighters needs many volunteers in the Front of House to ensure Kings Theatre provides an overall positive theater experience for cast, crew and audience!

USHERS are responsible for managing the entrances to the theater, handing out Playbills, and seating guests.

CONCESSIONS are provided during intermission. Volunteers are needed to assist in obtaining concessions prior to the shows, and for selling the concessions.

STARGRAMS are notes of encouragment for a member of the cast or crew that are usually themed to the production.  Volunteers are needed to assemble Stargrams, and to sell Stargrams before the show and during intermission.

TICKETS are required for attendance at the show.  Volunteers are needed to sell and take tickets before each show.

BECOME A PATRON

A primary means of fundraising for Stagelighters, an Ohio 501(c)(3) non-profit, is through patrons.

Season Patrons receive ad space in the Playbill for all three shows (KHS Fall Play, KJH Winter Musical and KHS Spring Musical), along with tickets for each show.

Production Patrons receive ad space in the Playbill and tickets for an individual show.

Playbill ads are a great way to send a “shout out” to someone in the cast or crew, or an opportunity to advertise a business or organization.
