PETE MOORE

Director of Plays

During his time at KHS, Pete Moore has directed many plays and served as producer for one more.  His directing experiences include Plaza Suite, Greater Tuna, Over the Tavern, Zorro, The Three Musketeers, Romeo and Juliet and The Odd Couple and A Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Crucible, Twelfth Night, Dracula, Macbeth and A Christmas Carol, Almost, Maine, Selfie, Much Ado About Nothing, She Kills Monsters, Fahrenheit 451, The Curious Savage, Romeo and Juliet, Bethel Park Falls, and All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. In 2002, he returned to the stage, for the first time since high school, as Faramir in Ovation Theater Company’s world premier production of The Two Towers and again the following year as the same character in Clear Stage Cincinnati’s world premier production of The Return of the King.  In 2007, he appeared as Gilgamesh in Performance Gallery’s world premier production of Gilgamesh in Uruk: GI in Iraq. Pete currently teaches Theater Arts, Speech, and Mythology at KHS.
